A Chartered Accountant with over 15 Years of post-qulification experience in the field of Audit and Assurance and Accountiong Advisory,prior to SKR,Shambhumoorthy started his career as joint Chief Accountant in a Construction Company of Infrastructure facilities in Muscat,Sultanate of Oman monitoringthe cashflow requirements, assisting the top management in key financial decisions and implementing the financial internal controls.

- At SKR Shambhumoorthy has successfully ensured the onboarding and review of overseas clients in the areas of accounting advisory services. His role in few clients includes active monthly review of the MIS and discussions with the Board of Directors.His persistence has helped Companies fall in line with statutoty compliances within timelines and thereby save cashflows.
- His previous avatars include, the role of Manager-Finance for over 4 years in a manufacturing company engaged in injection molding and die casting based of Coimbatore where he was managing an 8 members team and was involved in decision making alternatives to the CEO and Directors on periodical meetings.During this stint,he has played a pivotal role in the ERP migration.
- His most recent experience before joining SKR as Partner, was as part-time CFO of an aeronautical components manufacturing Company based of Bangalore where he was involved in the review and submission of the quarterly results/financials to the board. He also had to assist the management evalvate capex proposals in th guidance of UK and Canadian models established by the Company. He also had managed and trained a 5 members F&A Team. He had played a key role in successfully implementing and migrating to SAP B1 from the legacy systems.
