- A commerce graduate from the University of Madras, Kishore is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Information Systems Auditor, a Certified Internal Auditor and a Diploma in International Financial Reporting.
- During his tenure as Partner in SKR and Company LLP, he has handled various engagements with specific expertise in internal audits, information systems audit, Third party assurance (SSAE 16 audits) and application reviews of SAP, MS Dynamics and inhouse developed applications.
- Prior to SKR and Company LLP, he worked in the Enterprise Risk Services practice of Deloitte , Chennai with primary focus on control assurance, in design and implementation of internal control systems, process definition and improvements, SOP Preparation,Third party assurance (SSAE 16 and ISAE 3402 audits), internal control over financial reporting (ICFR), application review and Internal audit.
- With over 10 years experience across various sectors, Kishore’s nature of clientele industries include manufacturing, IT/ITES, process manufacturing, retail, electronic manufacturing service, publishing, sponge iron manufacturing, health care, automobile and automobile component manufacturing, banking and financial services among others.
